  1. What is your location and hours?

MTDesignz Is open Mon-Friday 9am-5:30PM Saturday 9am-1pm Closed Sunday. We are located in Columbus, Ohio Close to Obetz, Ohio. Address for pickup orders will be emailed when order is ready! If you are placing an order and would like to PICKUP use code PICKUP at checkout to remove shipping fees.                                        

  1. How Long Does it take to process Custom Orders and DTF Transfer?  

Custom orders take between 3-5 Days to process before shipping out! DTF (Direct to Film Transfers can take up to 24 hrs. for processing. Single Transfers are guaranteed same day processing for pickup if ordered before 4pm.                           

  1. Can I exchange or return my order?   

We do not offer exchanges or returns for our custom orders or printed transfers. However, if it is a mistake on our end, please email MTDesignz.shop@gmail.com and we are committed to making it right.                

For transfers please be sure to upload high quality photos 300 DPI or higher at size you want printed; use the remove background feature if you do not want background.  Also be sure to be knowledgeable on designing for DTF and designing with semi-transparent elements, faint or low-opacity pixels. For DTF printing these will automatically pick up white on these unintended areas.  Sometimes adding an outline on particular objects will help. We are not responsible for prints that pick up white if you include these elements in your design.                                                                                                                 

  1. How to use DTF (Direct to Film Transfers)

   Temperature that works best when pressing transfers is 310f at 20 seconds MTDesignz Transfers are cold peel. Once transfer is cool, peel quickly from corner to corner and press an additional 7 seconds.       

Washing Instructions; Wait 24-48 Hours for first wash, Make sure to wash inside out in cold water. TUMBLE DRY LOW HEAT. DO NOT DRYCLEAN OR IRON

If you are picking up order locally Columbus, Ohio. Use PICKUP code when checking out to avoid shipping cost. Address will be provided in email with pickup instructions, when the order is ready!
